Just in case you hit a slump and can’t think of anything to add to your junk journal, I thought I’d share a short list of ideas to get the creative juices flowing. I didn’t add a prompt for every day of the month because, quite frankly, I don’t journal every single day myself. 😉
- Leaves. Around my area, fall leaves are so pretty. You can take pictures of the leaves or even collect some and press them into the journal page.
- Trees. Same thing with the trees. They are so pretty in the fall. Take a few pictures to capture all the colors then print it out and add it to your spread. OR, draw and color a representation of what the fall trees look like in your area.
- Bucket List. Add in a bucket list of things you might like to do this fall, such as selecting a pumpkin from a pumpkin patch, going on a hay ride, making smores by a bonfire, etc.
- Football. It is football season and while I am not personally into football, you might be. Attend a game and take some photos, print out details about your favorite team/player, etc.
- Festival. This is prime season for a fall fest. Collect your tickets, take photos, save wrappers from snacks.
- Favorite Things List. What are your favorite things about fall? Make a cozy favorite things list to add to your spread.
I can’t wait to see the creative ideas you come up with for your fall spreads!
